Simple but nice dinner dish with Lamb

Tonite, after a long day walking along Salisbury Road after the rain, I got home and cook this wonderful dish:

Ingredients
- 300g lamb loin chops, marinated with peper, fish sauce, mix herbs (for stake marination), ginger, garlic and shallot
- Zuchini, bean sprout, half a tomato, onion shallot


How:
- Basically, just stir fry all of them, then pour in some black pepper sauce.

The combination makes a perfect dish.
