Ann's signature Fried Rice

Went to Paddy market last week and got back a full box of chicken fresh eggs (the ones that were still inside the chicken). Boiled some for noodles, but wasn't great. The best is to make fried rice. Here's the recipe:

- 6 chicken yolks (the fresh small ones )
- 2 tablespoons of prawn paste (the one for cooking bun' rieu)
- spring onions
- 1 bunch of Chinese brocolli
- Some pieces of boiled duck (buy from China town) or grilled barramundi fillets
- Garnish with some carriander
