Steamed Fish in Oven

Last week I also cooked a steamed fish dish using the oven instead of grilled fish that I usually do. I found steamed fish is sweeter and tastier. I marinated the fish for around 1 hour in oyster sauce, soysauce, pepper and cooking wine, and put it in the oven afterward. That's it, very easy and yummy dish.

Lamb Neck Stew

Last week I bought some lamb neck bones for the first time and cook and scrumptious stew with the following ingredients:
- potatoes, carrot, parsley, dried thyme leaves and whole peppers. I marinated the lamb with a little bit of cooking wine, seasoned salt as well.
