Fried Mince Beef

Yesterday,I cooked a very nice mince beef dish to have with rice vermicelli similar to the "Bun Thit Bo Nuong". Here is the recipe

- Half a kg of mince beef
- 2 tablespoons grated lemon grass
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- a few drops of honey
- some pepper, crushed garlic and spring onions
- 1 beaten egg

Marinate the above mix for about an hour, and fry them in small flat round pieces with olive oil. It's very yummy, trust me :)
